1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The book(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Books damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
Discounted or clearance items marked as non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at youkanthrisatube@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photo/video proof of the issue.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be Credited within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if the book has not yet been dispatched.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
